At A1 Group we have been focusing on gender equality for a long time. Signing the WEPs is another important step for us to show our long-lasting commitment. Through concrete measures such as promoting women in leadership and STEM, implementing equal pay practices, and raising awareness of gender issues, we aim to effect positive change and create an environment where women can fully realize their potential. And like other topics it needs the passion of the whole team: We therefore recognize the importance of male engagement in supporting and driving gender equality initiatives.
